Our Refund & Returns Policy is guided by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund when a product has a major failure, and to a replacement or repair if the product has a minor failure.
A major failure includes situations where:
- The item is significantly different from its description
- The item is unsafe
- The item is not fit for its intended purpose
- The item cannot be easily repaired within a reasonable time
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
- Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request a photo to help assess the problem.
Where required, we will provide:
- A replacement
- A repair
- Or a refund
We will cover any return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, at our discretion, we may accept a return for unopened, unused items in original condition. If accepted:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected
We reserve the right to decline change‑of‑mind returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
